1. Call DRS at 608-274-4932 or submit information online. A project estimator will contact you to discuss the project. After a site visit, the estimator will provide a proposal for the work. The proposal will outline the scope of work and typically is accompanied by a drawing for additional clarification. To proceed with the work, sign and return a copy of the proposal.

2. The Prep Foreman will be in contact to schedule the necessary base work and undercutting, if needed. For smaller projects, this could take a few hours, for larger projects, this could take days. It is our goal to make the process smooth and quick, we like to prep/pave back to back but there are many factors such as weather or ground conditions that make it challenging.

3. Cleared for Paving! We will be in touch to schedule the paving- it is VERY important to have GARAGE DOORS OPEN (if we are paving up to garage door). Once our paving crew arrives on the job site, your new pavement will be carefully installed in a matter of hours, depending on the size of your project. Our crews should leave the work area clean with barricades or caution tape placed around newly-paved areas. The freshly-laid asphalt should be acceptable for foot traffic after a few hours of its completion, but should not have automobile traffic for at least 3 full days.
